This is a time where you know longer have to stay in the shadows in the dark, the chariot tells us to move forward and be in control of  your destiny, instead of others making choices for you.  This is the time that we snatch victory out of the jaws of defeat and jump on our chariot like the warriors we are and move forward with great confidence. This is the time to lay hold on the things we desire to accomplish in life and using our god given ability to take charge and stand strong in what we desire. Though you may go through a bit of struggle and  you may feel the climb to your goals or not as easily achieved, the chariot tells us to take the negative with the positive knowing that you will win the race of success.
