We will come to a point in our lives that we may start to look at the things we've done, the things we've accomplished, the things we have overcome. There are many times in our lives that we ask for God's forgiveness for the not so great things we've done. We tend to appreciate the little things in life, the chirping of the birds, the warmth of the sun, or even the sound of the rain. The things we took for granted when we were at our best are now so much of great importance to us. We appreciate so much the sound of the rain, that laughter of the children playing outside, or the sweet warm sounds of our love one consoling us. Yes, we have our confessions deep down in our hearts, or at the tip of our tongue. We may keep them in the most deep hidden place in our hearts, and ask God to forgive us for all the imperfect things in our lives, or we may send a letter, whisper a word are even clutch the hand so tightly to hold on for another day, just one more breath that says, " I love you always".
