How To Over Come Depression With Excercise

There were some challenging times in my life that really seem to beat me down to the core! One day I felt every thing was going well, and all of a sudden, things starting spiraling out of control. Every day I would dread getting out of bed, dealing with another day with doom and gloom. My life felt like it was over, and that there was nothing else to look forward to. My sense of spirituality had withered away right along with my spirit. I came to a point that uttering a prayer, was the farthest thing from my mind.  At times there were people i confided in, and i would always hear, have faith in God. I felt like a lost soul trying to find my way back, to a peaceful way of life. Weeks and weeks not feeling motivated enough to get out of bed or doing the things I enjoy doing. One day I was speaking to a friend of mind and she was telling me about going to the gym and look into a work out program. So i noticed how she was always upbeat and always full of energy.  She said she started the "Cheat Your Way Thin Program," She said she was looking for something that can give her a guide on what to eat. She mention she loves sweets, so she didn't want to cut that out of her diet totally. and she have gotten  great results. So I figured I would give it a try, and i must say following the step by step guide worked immensely. Along with the "Cheat Your Way Thin Program", I came across this great book called "Making The Cut" by Jillian Michaels "I must say with the combination of both tools, I found myself full of energy, with a more positive outlook on life.
